When you apply the template to a date range

 

1.Your BookIt calendar must cover that date range

2.The curriculum days on the calendar must be marked with a number representing the day of the cycle. eg 1 to 5.

 

Go to Setup > Modify Calendar the set calendar details.

 

Check the date range covers the current year.  If not, use the Add Days button on the first window

 

Check the Day No column (arrowed) has non-zero values against curriculum days.  If not, follow prompts on the right hand side of the screen to mark the days.
