Print The Marshal Sheets from SportsTrak
Starting Lists sent to Lynx via the EVT file may not always be complete, correct, and accurate.
So...
Print Starters Marshal sheets for all the Track events.
These sheets must get checked and manually corrected by a Marshal.
Typically:
•Add in competitors who were not listed
•Remove absent competitors
•Add in replacement competitors
Without a timing system, sheets usually go to the judges to be updated with results.
In this carnival, Lynx provides this data, so the Marshal Sheets should go straight to the SportsTrak Recorders.
As results arrive in SportsTrak, they can be called up and checked against the corrected marshal sheet
All marshal sheets should go to the Recorders, even if there are no changes, so the entire set is always together.
