If the purchaser of SportsTrak 2200 is a school, CaRob Computing grants the purchaser the right to use one or more copies of this software within one campus of one school.

If the purchaser of SportsTrak 2200 is an association of schools or higher level grouping, CaRob Computing grants the purchaser the right to use one or more copies of this software solely for the carnivals hosted by the association. Typically this means an inter-school carnival.  The association cannot use the software or allow it to be used for the carnivals of its own member schools.

The purchaser may copy the written materials accompanying the software.

The purchaser may not rent or lease or lend the software.

The purchaser may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

In no event shall CaRob Computing be liable for any damages, including loss of data, or any other special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use of, attempted use of, or inability to use this software or accompanying documentation, however caused and on any theory of liability.   Under no circumstances shall the liability of CaRob Computing exceed the actual amount paid to and received by CaRob Computing in connection with the particular copy of SportsTrak.

If the purchaser does not agree with the terms of this agreement then the full product should be returned for a refund of the purchase price.  Use of the software and associated documentation implies acceptance of this agreement.

Service Agreement

There is no service agreement

The purchase of SportsTrak is for the purchase of software and related documentation only.  It does not include service.

CaRob Computing will not commit to any formal service agreement with any user or institution that has an expectation of full support at any time.

The basic reason for this is that we are too small to run a paid help desk; the software will operate for years and we cannot guarantee that we will be available at your convenience and we like to have a holiday occasionally.

But we try to help

We will do our honest best to assist users who contact us via email, fax or phone. We have been offering a high level of support on SportsTrak since 1993.   The help users have been getting is infinitely superior to most help because it is personalized and you are dealing with the programmers who understand the software intimately and who can make changes to it based on what we hear.

We are not happy with users who contact us without having read the accompanying documentation.

We are not happy dealing with users who do not know Windows.   If you have Windows issues, talk to your local computer support staff.
