Service Agreement
There is no service agreement
The purchase of SportsTrak is for the purchase of software and related documentation only. It does not include service.
CaRob Computing will not commit to any formal service agreement with any user or institution that has an expectation of full support at any time.
The basic reason for this is that we are too small to run a paid help desk; the software will operate for years and we cannot guarantee that we will be available at your convenience and we like to have a holiday occasionally.
But we try to help
We will do our honest best to assist users who contact us via email, fax or phone. We have been offering a high level of support on SportsTrak since 1993. The help users have been getting is infinitely superior to most help because it is personalized and you are dealing with the programmers who understand the software intimately and who can make changes to it based on what we hear.
We are not happy with users who contact us without having read the accompanying documentation.
We are not happy dealing with users who do not know Windows. If you have Windows issues, talk to your local computer support staff.
